MANAGING PARTNER
John Chouinard’s journey in the janitorial services industry began in the early 1990s, providing local sales support to the Long Island office of a large, family-operated service provider with offices throughout the Northeast. It was there that he developed the skills to expand local sales into national accounts, ultimately serving clients across the U.S. and Canada.
With over three decades of leadership, John has built a legacy of operational excellence and trusted partnerships. His experience spans national retailers and multistate businesses, where he consistently delivers high-quality, scalable cleaning solutions. As a driving force in the partner-based managed janitorial services model, John brings a deep understanding of industry dynamics, a commitment to service integrity, and a proven ability to lead teams that exceed client expectations.

RoseMary Wilson
MANAGING PARTNER
Rosemary Wilson is a Managing Partner of Integrity Solutions, a National Facilities Maintenance and Janitorial company. She brings over 20 years of industry expertise to the role. Her leadership is rooted in operational excellence, client satisfaction, and a deep understanding of what it takes to keep spaces clean, safe, and efficient across a wide range of environments.
Throughout her career, Rosemary has built high-performing teams and driven strategic growth, earning a reputation for reliability and results. She’s passionate about elevating standards in the janitorial and facilities world, and her hands-on approach continues to inspire those around her.
Based in New York, Rosemary lives with her husband and three children. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and attending live music concert. Always finding joy in new experiences and great company.

Ryan Sklar
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, EXECUTIVE PARTNER
With over 25 years of experience, Ryan has established himself as a cornerstone of the facility maintenance industry. Beginning his career as an Area Field Manager, he quickly ascended through a series of executive roles at some of North America’s most respected organizations. Known for his dynamic leadership and ability to cultivate high-performing teams, Ryan has consistently driven excellence across consolidated multi-unit operations.
His expertise spans both vendor-managed and self-perform service models, allowing him to deliver tailored solutions that consistently exceed client expectations. From regional enterprises to Fortune 100 giants, Ryan’s operational acumen and strategic foresight have earned him a reputation as a trusted business insider and results-driven executive.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Delaware’s Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics, and an MBA from Adelphi University’s Willumstad School of Business.
Our History
Our leadership team has a combined 75 years of industry experience and expertise. Those years of service span multiple decades and several dozen service lines and verticals. From hands on direct field training and oversight all the way to the other end of the spectrum where negotiating 8 figure multi-country deals was the norm, our team knows what it takes to get things done and make them happen in the facilities industry.
From humble beginnings; selling and servicing individual site programs was where our team cut their teeth in the business. As innovation, technology and the changing corporate landscapes took shape over the past 30 years, moving to nationally recognized consolidated programs was where the businesses went. Keeping that small time, corporate family feel is crucial for Integrity as we grow.
Our labor has been cultivated and partnered with for decades. That is one of our distinct competitive advantages. Knowing where and when to put certain crews into certain situations is what makes Integrity a true leader in the facilities maintenance and management world today.
